AUTUNNO ITALIANO - ITALIAN AUTUMN 2008

A season of events to introduce the Italian lifestyle to Vietnam. A sequence of happenings aimed at further strengthening not only cultural, but also economic and commercial bilateral ties. It is with this objective in mind that I intend to open my term of office in Vietnam.
  ‘Autunno Italiano’ opens with the presentation of the marvellous fountains of ‘Villa d’Este’, one of the jewels of Italian Renaissance-style gardens. Attraction to water is shared by both the Italian and the Vietnamese people. I hope that these powerful and harmonious fountains of water will be conducive to new opportunities for closer cooperation between Italy and Vietnam.
