
Ambassador Rubens Anna Fedele
Ambassador Rubens Anna Fedele was born in Gallipoli (Lecce) on 9 May 1946.
He graduated at the University of Naples with a degree in Law and joined the Diplomatic Service in 1974.
- He served as Vice Consul and Consul in Adelaide from 1975 to 1980. He served as Second Secretary and First Secretary in the Italian Embassy in Lisbon from 1980 to 1983.
- From 1983 to 1985, he served in the Directorate General for Personnel of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- He served as Counsellor in the Italian Embassy in Khartoum from 1985 to 1989.
- He was then appointed Consul General in Karachi from 1989 to 1993. From 1993 to 1998 he served at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- In 1998 he was appointed Ambassador to the Republic of the Congo (Brazzaville).
- In 2002 he was again in the Directorate General for Personnel in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- From 2003 to July 2005, Minister Plenipotentiary Rubens Anna Fedele held the position of Head of the First Office of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- From 12 August 2005, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Italian Republic to the Republic of the Philippines.
- From 29 September 2005, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Italian Republic to the Republic of Palau.
