Founded in 1910, Confindustria is the leading organisation representing the manufacturing and service industries in Italy.

It groups together more than 115,000 voluntary member companies of all sizes, for a total of nearly 4,300,000 players.

As set forth in its by-laws, Confindustria aims to contribute to the country's economic growth and social progress, together with the political institutions and the economic, social and cultural organisations, both national and international.
