VISA CALL CENTRE

For users convenience a Call Centre service has been added to the Chancery consular services (available by phone, fax and e-mail). Therefore you can either call  the Consular Chancery or the Visa Call Centre in order to receive information on visa procedures and to book for visa interviews.

The Call Centre is a PRIVATE PAY SERVICE, carried out on behalf of the Embassy of Italy and according to its instructions.
The charges for this service are not consular fees and are collected by the private company which provides for it.
