The current political relations continue to be positive. On the bilateral side, Italy has continued to concentrate on the political dialogue at a European Union level. In such a context, the main points have been the struggle against corruption and more transparency in the public administration, internal and security, increase of civil society values and the safeguarding of freedom. I

taly is a member of the Group of Donors chaired by the World Bank and within this context, periodical dialogue has been established with the Kenyan Government through the Ministry of Finance. Within the donors forum chaired by the World Bank (DCG), Italy chairs the Security Sub-Group.
