
Problems with tap water in Oslo.

After the discovery of potentially dangerous parasites (Giardia and cryptosporidium) at three locations in the Storo district, an area that along with 80 percent of the capital gets its drinking water from the Oset water treatment plant, health authorities advised Oslo residents on Wednesday afternoon to boil water for use in cooking, drinking, tooth brushing and rinsing vegetables.
The Oslo Health Authorities declared on 21 October 2007 that the tap water in Oslo was save again.
