a)      Barriers to the free movement of goods.

In general, Latvia eliminated the obstacles to the free movement of goods, in the framework of the alignment to the EU laws.  


b)      Barriers to the free movement of services, capitals and to the establishment of enterprises.

The Latvian Authorities have absorbed the most part of the EU acquis concerning the free movement of services and capitals as well as the establishment of enterprises in the European area.
